This policy explains what information Fin Cascade collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. By using the App you agree to this policy.

1. Information We Collect

Account information. When you sign in with Google or a phone number (OTP), we receive your name, email address and/or phone number, and a unique account identifier used to authenticate you.
Device / notification token. If you enable notifications, we process a push-notification token so we can deliver alerts you have opted into.
On-device data. Your watchlists, filters and app preferences are stored locally on your device and are not, by themselves, transmitted to us.
Service requests. To show market analysis, the App requests data from our servers; these requests may include your account identifier.

We do not collect precise location, contacts, photos, or advertising identifiers, and we do not use third-party advertising or tracking SDKs.

2. How We Use Information

To authenticate you and secure your account.
To provide the App’s market-analysis features.
To send notifications you have chosen to receive.
To maintain, troubleshoot and improve the App.

3. Sharing and Third-Party Services

We do not sell your personal information. We rely on the following service providers, who process data on our behalf:

Google Firebase (Authentication and Cloud Messaging) — see Google’s Privacy Policy.
An SMS provider — solely to deliver one-time passwords for phone sign-in.

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and users’ safety.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain account information for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by contacting failuretech2023@gmail.com (or via the in-app account-deletion option, where available). We will action verified requests within a reasonable period.

5. Security

We use industry-standard measures, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Children’s Privacy

The App is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
