These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Fin Cascade mobile application and related services. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. The Service

Fin Cascade is an educational and informational market-analysis tool. It presents technical screening, forensic-health indicators, corporate-action information, and related market data to help you research securities. It does not execute trades and is not a brokerage, exchange, or portfolio-management service.

2. Eligibility

The App is intended for adults (18 years or older). It is not directed to children, and you must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use it.

3. Your Account

You may sign in with Google or with your phone number (one-time passcode). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

The App offers an optional auto-renewable subscription, Fin Cascade Pro, which unlocks additional tools and analysis features. The following terms apply:

Price and period. Fin Cascade Pro is offered at ₹199 / month (or the equivalent price shown to you in your local currency and confirmed at the point of purchase).
Free trial. New subscribers may be offered a 3-day free trial. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription will begin and your payment method will be charged the subscription price automatically. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Auto-renewal. The subscription renews automatically for successive periods unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Billing. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Subscriptions are sold and processed by Apple through the App Store (including via supported methods such as UPI AutoPay in India); we do not receive or store your payment details.
Managing and cancelling. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in Settings → your Apple Account → Subscriptions on your device. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
Refunds. Purchases made through the App Store are subject to Apple’s refund policies, and refunds are handled at Apple’s discretion. We are generally unable to issue refunds directly for App Store purchases.
Price changes. We may change subscription prices. Where required, Apple will notify you and, for increases, seek your consent before the change takes effect; otherwise the change applies from your next renewal.

5. Acceptable Use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for your own lawful, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to: (a) copy, resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the App or its data; (b) reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract source data or bypass access controls; (c) interfere with or disrupt the App or its servers; or (d) use the App in violation of any applicable law or regulation.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, its content, and all associated intellectual property are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.

7. Important Disclaimer — Not Investment Advice

Fin Cascade is an educational and informational tool for market analysis. It does not provide investment, trading, financial, or legal advice, and nothing in the App — including any screen, signal, score, or indicator — is a recommendation, solicitation, or offer to buy or sell any security.

We are not a SEBI-registered Research Analyst or Investment Adviser. Markets carry risk; past performance does not indicate future results. All decisions are your own. Consult a SEBI-registered financial adviser before investing. Purchasing Fin Cascade Pro does not create an advisory relationship of any kind.

8. No Warranties

The App and all data are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, timely, or that any data or analysis is accurate, complete, or fit for any particular purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any trading or investment losses, loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the App — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the service. You may stop using the App at any time; provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 6–9) will survive.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Effective date” above and, where appropriate, notifying you in the App. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ranchi, Jharkhand, India, for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App.
